CHAPTER 5: IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULT
5.1 Splash Screen
Android Splash Screen is the first screen visible to the user when the application’s launched. Splash screens are used to display some animations (typically of the application logo) and illustrations while some data for the next screens are fetched.
5.2 Main Activity/Home screen
This screen/activity contains step counter, distance traveled, calories burnt and a button named “Train” that would lead the user to the next screen.GUI is user-friendly and information are easy to understand
The user can choose which part/muscles he/she wants to work on. Then choose exercise on the next screen following it.
The user can start working on, following the procedure/information for that particular exercise.
5.5 Start Exercise
User can now start the timer of 10 minutes and start exercising for that time period. User can also pause or reset it according to its needs.
