I had heard that in some hosting services space provided is one time used only.
If you have say x GB of storage available then once space is freed it becomes useless
Here xGB space means in hosting that all the project-related files or folder should contain a size less than xGB space. You are not allowed to upload files after that space.
For example, Let say the user has 20GB space for web hosting, it means that all the uploaded files or project files should not exceed total size of 20GB otherwise the server will not able to handle a further request for upload action of a file after that, giving you an error with a warning.
To solve this problem, you have to upgrade your resources for hosting.

ya, you can use it again, that space with no problem. It is just similar to your google drive space.
What if I delete the added data? Will I be able to use that space?
